as seen in… the supermarche

I don’t think I’ve seen this in Malvern Village, Adelaide.

The owner was such a lovely man and so proud when I asked if I could photograph his dog.

But that pooch, the snarl scared the crap out of me.

That’s funny! You’re right, you would never see that at Malvern or Unley for that matter…. I’ve even seen a pooch in the cabin with its owners when I flew from Madrid to Paris. Obviously the Europeans are a little more relaxed about their pets…..

Never! Especially in a food environment, but I notice a lot more dogs on leads around the place when I go back. The water dish thing on the ground outside cafes is a given now!
Talk about relaxed, I was having dinner at a restaurant in ‘chic’ St Emilion with an Aussie girlfriend once and the lady next to our table plopped her pooch up on the table to finish her plate. The waiter that had been giving us trouble for our sorry lack of language skills didn’t bat an eyelid!

Hey, I don’t think “STELLA” would fit in the basket or the trolley.

OMG…. So, is that, like, chic?! Or chiq? No, not Adelaide, and even less so, Clare J

Please tell me what ‘chiq’ is!
And are you meaning Clare, as in wine region? We lived in Auburn, just next door, a long time ago.
